ManifestMe Privacy Policy

ManifestMe ("the App", "we", "us") is an iOS app that creates personalized AI vision boards. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. The App is provided by Fritz Heider.

Information we collect

• Account information — the email address and username you provide when you create an account.
• Photos you provide — selfies you take in the App or choose from your photo library. These are used as a likeness reference to generate your personalized vision-board images.
• Content you create — your manifestation goals, onboarding answers, personal reflections ("insights"), vision-board titles and descriptions, and the images the App generates for you.
• Purchase information — when you subscribe, your purchase is processed by Apple. Our subscription provider (RevenueCat) receives an app-specific user identifier and your purchase/receipt status so we can unlock Pro features. We never receive your full payment card details.

The App does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not sell your personal information.

How your information is used

• To create your account and keep you signed in.
• To generate your personalized vision-board images and affirmations.
• To store and display the vision boards you create.
• To provide and manage your subscription and Pro features.

Where your data is stored

Your account details and personal content (goals, reflections, vision boards, and generated images) are stored on your device. Sensitive account information is kept in the iOS Keychain. To generate content, some data is sent to the AI services described below for processing.

Third-party services

To generate images and affirmations, and to manage subscriptions, the App shares limited data with:

• fal.ai — receives your selfie image and a text prompt to generate your vision-board images. See fal.ai's privacy policy.
• Google (Gemini API) — receives text prompts (your vision description and goals) to generate affirmations. See Google's privacy policy.
• RevenueCat — manages your subscription status. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
• Apple — processes payments and delivers the App via the App Store. See Apple's privacy policy.

These providers process your data only to perform their service and under their own privacy terms.

Permissions

• Camera — to take selfies for your vision boards.
• Photo Library — to choose a photo for your vision board and to save a board to your photos.
• Notifications — to send the daily visualization reminders you opt into.

You can change these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Data retention and deletion

Your content stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete individual vision boards in the App, and you can delete your account, which removes your locally stored profile and content. To request any additional data deletion, contact us at the address below.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because your content is stored on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly in the App. For anything else, contact us.

Children's privacy

ManifestMe is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use iOS platform protections, including the Keychain for sensitive data, and encrypted (HTTPS) connections when data is sent to the services above. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
